• Soft copy of national ID
• Soft copy of driving license
• TIN
• Valid business license
• Income and Expenditure Report for 6 Months
• Soft copy of Bank statements for the last six months/ mobile
• Three recent colored passport size photos
• Soft copy of the next of Kin National ID
• Valid Comprehensive Insurance cover
